We ship Australia-wide and worldwide, and all orders are sent with tracking.

Processing time

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. During sales and peak periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Shipping within Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping (Australia Post, tracked, 3 to 7 business days) on all orders over $99.
  • $9.95 Standard Shipping (Australia Post, tracked, 3 to 7 business days) on orders under $99.
  • $14.95 Express Shipping (Australia Post, tracked, 1 to 3 business days) on all orders.

International shipping

We ship to many countries, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. If you are unsure, please check the import rules for your country before ordering.

Tracking, delays and lost parcels

Once your order ships, you can follow it using the tracking link in your confirmation email. Delivery estimates are guides rather than guarantees, and carrier or customs delays can happen, particularly on international orders. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears lost, contact us at support@thestandardsqueeze.com and we will help track it down.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
