Negroni Cocktail Recipe

Negroni cocktail over ice with an orange twist

The Negroni keeps it simple. Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice. Bitter, boozy and hard to get wrong.

Ingredients

  • Gin - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
  • Campari - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
  • Sweet vermouth - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
  • Orange peel to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
  3. Stir with a cocktail spoon until cold.
  4. Twist a strip of orange peel over the top and drop it in.

Squeeze Tip

One Squeeze of each. That is the whole recipe. Equal parts is what makes a Negroni, so keep the ratio tight and let the orange peel do the rest.
