Negroni Cocktail Recipe
The Negroni keeps it simple. Equal parts gin, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice. Bitter, boozy and hard to get wrong.
Ingredients
- Gin - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Campari - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Sweet vermouth - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Orange peel to garnish
Method
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
- Stir with a cocktail spoon until cold.
- Twist a strip of orange peel over the top and drop it in.
Squeeze Tip
One Squeeze of each. That is the whole recipe. Equal parts is what makes a Negroni, so keep the ratio tight and let the orange peel do the rest.
