Whiskey Sour Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- Whiskey — 2.5 squeezes (75ml)
- Fresh Lime Juice — 1 squeeze (30ml)
- Sugar Syrup — ½ squeeze (15ml)
- Egg White — 1
- Angostura Bitters — 2 dashes
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake hard for 10 seconds to build the foam. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Dot two dashes of bitters on the foam and serve.
