Toblerone Cocktail Recipe
The Toblerone is dessert you can drink. Baileys, Kahlua and Frangelico blended with cream and a chunk of actual Toblerone, chocolate drizzle down the glass. Winter was made for this one.
Ingredients
- Baileys - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Kahlua - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Frangelico - 30ml (1 Squeeze)
- Cream - a dash
- Toblerone - 1 triangle, plus extra to serve
- Chocolate topping
Serves 2.
Method
- Drizzle chocolate topping around the rim and down the inside of the glass.
- Add the Baileys, Kahlua, Frangelico, cream and a triangle of Toblerone to a blender. Pulse until smooth and pour.
- Top with chopped or grated Toblerone.
Squeeze Tip
Pulse, don't blend. A few short bursts keeps the drink thick and creamy. Hold the button down and you'll melt it into chocolate milk. Chill the glass first and the drizzle sets where you put it.
